Time frame for order cancellation after placing an order.

  • You can only cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. If you contact us after this time to cancel your order, it may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping.
  • The cancellation fee is 10% of your total order value and will be applied to the cancellation process. To cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected].


Time Window for Returns

  • You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • If you contact us for a return after 30 days, we may not be able to process your request.

Conditions for Eligible Returns

We will provide a full refund if an item arrives in any of the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Incorrect product received
  • Incorrect size received
  • Incorrect material received
  • Product significantly differs from the description on our website

Conditions for Ineligible Returns

Please note that we cannot offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with minor imperfections that can be easily remedied (e.g., loose threads)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our customer support team
  • Customer changed their mind (no longer wants the item)

How to Request a Return or Refund

    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos or videos of the product (if applicable)
  2. Our team will provide a return address and instructions within 2-3 business days.

  3. Carefully package your item(s) and send them with a trackable shipping method.

  4. Forward the tracking number to email [email protected].

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return package arrives safely.

Refund Processing Time (if applicable)

  • It may take up to 2-3 business days to process your refund once we receive your return package.
  • Refunds may take an additional 10-15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
