Please Note: That once an Order is Placed, it can NOT be CANCELLED for any reason.

Flash Sale Policy 

During Flash Sales(Holiday Sales, One Day Sales, Percentage Sales) any Discount Codes(welcome codes, coupon codes) will be disabled. So that a customer may not combine discounts. Once the flash sale has ended, all codes will be reinstated for immediate use. 

Returns

All unworn or unaltered merchandise will gladly be returned for an online store credit within 14 days of receipt of goods. The return package must be postmarked on or before the 14th day in order to receive an online store credit.

The following items are FINAL SALE-Accessories, Handbags, Belts, Gift Certificates, Lingerie, Moon & Lola, Jewelry, Hats, Shoes and Sunglasses. Any and all sale items are FINAL! Also any Flash Sale items are Final!

Please Note-If any item(s) returned appear to have been worn or have any tears, snags(in the fabric) or broken zippers-your item(s) will not be accepted. The item or items will be returned to you and you will have to pay the return UPS bill.

UPS Shipping Costs are non-refundable for Any Reason.

If you receive any DAMAGED Merchandise-You Must alert shoppetal.com within 3 days of receipt of goods! NO EXCEPTIONS!

All returns MUST have the Original tags from time of purchase and be accompanied by the Invoice from shoppetal.com or a Copy of the invoice from your order confirmation email.

Shoppetal.com recommends that you insure all packages to avoid loss or theft of merchandise. Please keep your tracking number with you at all times. Shoppetal.com requests that you choose a reliable return shipper so that your package is not Lost. If you choose to ship USPS-Petal is not responsible for lost or stolen returns from our mailbox.

The customer is responsible for shipping and handling of any returned merchandise.

Please note-If you checkout thru Amazon or Paypal-You still only receive an ONLINE CREDIT. As this time, Petal does not give any cash or credit refunds.

Please note on your invoice if you would like an exchange or Online Store Credit.. Your return will be processed within 7 Business days upon receipt of the package at Petal in Charlotte, NC.

Exchanges

Petal will gladly Exchange merchandise within the 14 day time period.

Please email Petal at helpme@shoppetal.com to alert the staff that you will be making an exchange.

Email in the following format:

1. Original Petal Invoice #
2. Reason for Exchange (wrong size, wrong color,etc)
3. Item description that you would like to Exchange for from shoppetal.com

Once we receive your exchange package, we will send out the New Item to you. All Exchanges are Final Sale.
